frequently asked questions
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and reduce waiting time. Same-day bookings may be available depending on our workload.
How long does a typical service take?
Most standard services take around 60–90 minutes. If we find additional issues or parts are needed, we’ll update you and confirm timing before proceeding.
Do you use quality parts for repairs?
Yes. We use OEM or trusted aftermarket parts based on your preference and budget. We’ll explain options clearly before any work starts.
Do you offer logbook servicing?
Yes — we follow manufacturer logbook schedules using approved parts and fluids and update your service records accordingly.
What types of vehicles do you service?
We service most makes and models, including European, Japanese, Korean, and Australian vehicles. Share your make/model and we’ll confirm.
Will you contact me before doing any additional repairs?
Absolutely. If we find anything outside the original scope, we’ll call you with findings and a quote. No extra work is done without your approval.
My dashboard warning light is on — can you check it?
Yes. We can run a diagnostic scan to identify the code and confirm the cause. Then we’ll explain repair options and costs before proceeding.
Is it safe to keep driving if my car is making noises?
It depends. If you notice grinding, loud knocking, burning smells, or warning lights, stop driving and contact us. For minor rattles, book an inspection soon.
How often should I service my vehicle?
Typically every 10,000–15,000 km or every 6–12 months (whichever comes first). We follow your manufacturer schedule and driving conditions.
